Want to bring Tim to your area for a 5-day Immersion or Weekend Workshop?
It's easy (and cost-effective) to make it happen. Here are the basic requirements in terms of location and a/v equipment, and minimum registration requirements.
5-day Immersion
- We need a room that will accommodate 8 participants comfortably seated and a "stage area" for performance. For past Intensives we've used small theaters, auditoriums, or even large living rooms (everyone's favorite!)
- The main room needs a sound system including 2 mics, wired plug-in for phone or computer, and a keyboard or piano.
- We need 3 breakout practice rooms on the premises equipped with speakers that a phone or computer can be plugged into.
- Host agrees to advertise the event and is responsible for a minimum of 5 registrants.
- Vocal Artistry handles all registrations and covers all of Tim's travel expenses.

Weekend Workshop
- The event is a 7-hour event, typically offered Friday evening, 6:00 – 9:30 pm and Saturday morning, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. We occasionally offer other options such as all-day Saturday, or on two other evenings of the week (i.e. Sunday night and Monday night).
- A small theatre or auditorium which seats at least 300 people
- House projector connected to laptop positioned with Tim up front
- House sound system (including wireless headset mic, 2 handheld mics, wired plug-in for computer)
- Piano or keyboard
- A few volunteers to help with the registration/product table and to greet participants when they come
- Host agrees to advertise the event to other local contacts and is responsible for a minimum of 60 registrants.
- Vocal Artistry handles all registrations and covers all of Tim's travel expenses.
